"I could have given 5 stars, but when I order online for pickup at a certain time for lunch during work, it isn't always ready. Even when I show up 5+ mins after pickup time. Food is always delicious and I never see the dining area crowded. Always clean including the restroom."

"This is by far the best Jack in the box I’ve been to in all of San Diego, fast service and always fresh and reliable. We have 3 locations closer to us but we still make the drive to this location because it’s worth it! Keep up the awesome service and great food!"
